A solid foundation underlies every achievement
Over the years, Green Line has distinguished itself by its constant commitment and dedication to the development of cutting-edge technology, offering ideal solutions to concrete problems. To the excellent variety of its products, Green Line has complemented an equally rich offer of services in line with the company’s philosophy of safeguarding.
Tank cubing and recalibration
Green Line creates an absolutely state-of-the-art system that calculates the actual tank volume and generates the corresponding calibration table with absolute accuracy, even in the case of tilted and/or deformed tanks. In place of the traditional empirical and manual methods, Green Line replaces them with an innovative laser system (cubage device) that allows for fast and safe
Principle of Operation
THE LSR-3D is an innovative system for measuring tank volume; through a high-precision laser meter, driven by an electric motor, a helical scan is made.
The detected point cloud, containing polar coordinates, is processed by our trained technicians in order to determine the capacity of the scanned tank and provide an accurate and reliable comparison table, in compliance with what is required by fiscal control bodies.
The absence of electrical components inside the scanned tank allows the equipment to be used in the presence of flammable liquids or vapors (ATEX).
To perform the scan, a 2″ hole is all that is needed to insert the instrument and complete the survey in a few minutes.
Features
- Automatic creation of ragging table;
- Laser points cloud technology;
- Accurate metrological grouping table
- OIML R71-compliant, accuracy ≤ 0.5%; > High scanning speed compared with traditional methods (liquid calibration);
- ATEX safety, does not require gas-free procedures in tanks;
- Easy to set up and implement<,
- Environmentally friendly: no fluid, fuel or other liquid is required to carry out the process;
- Versatile: suitable for any underground tank with a min. 2″ diameter access hole.
